Scott has been creating and teaching art for fifty years.... He pursued his art while serving in the State Department as a Foreign Service Officer, teaching school, living as a street artist, and working as a sculptor insructor for the San Francisco Community College District.
Once he retired from the SF Community College District, Scott turned his attention full-time to painting, photography, and mixed media, in addition to his sculpture.
His paintings are in acrylic mediums on cotton canvas; his photographs are printed with archival pigmented inks on archival paper; and his mixed media pieces are acrylic paints, archival papers, and other materials.
